This file describes the latest features/changes made to the Raster
Utilities.

Changes since release 02

  RastPort - Removed PowerBasic XGF file creation
           - Added RAW output format
           - Added feature to convert files listed in a text file
           - Added feature to create resource files
           - In order add the new features I had to re-write the main
             program


  Raster Clip - Added BMP format
              - Added RAW format
              - Added PAL format
              - Added script language
              - Added a cross-hair for clipping the screen
              - Added co-ordinates
              - Fixed bug in file requester (nothing major)

  - Revised the doc files to reflect the new changes
  - Started an update file
  - Quit drinking coffee
  - Installed a phone for voice tech support (416) 757-7944

  Future Plans (no promises)
     - A Full Blown Resource Editor (This will take a while)
     - Additional standard formats for the RastPort and Raster Clip
     - Introduction of a new type of icon and picture format (fast and
       compact)
     - Release code to read PCX and BMP formats (nothing complicated)
